Psalm 7
A shiggaiona of David, which he sang to the Lord concerning Cush, a Benjamite.
O Lord my God, I take refuge in you;
save and deliver me from all who pursue me,
or they will tear me like a lion
and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue me.
O Lord my God, if I have done this
and there is guilt on my hands
if I have done evil to him who is at peace with me
or without cause have robbed my foe
then let my enemy pursue and overtake me;
let him trample my life to the ground
and make me sleep in the dust. Selah
Arise, O Lord, in your anger;
rise up against the rage of my enemies.
Awake, my God; decree justice.
Let the assembled peoples gather around you.
Rule over them from on high;
let the Lord judge the peoples.
Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness,
according to my integrity, O Most High.
O righteous God,
who searches minds and hearts,
bring to an end the violence of the wicked
and make the righteous secure.
My shieldb is God Most High,
who saves the upright in heart.
God is a righteous judge,
a God who expresses his wrath every day.
If he does not relent,
he will sharpen his sword;
he will bend and string his bow.
He has prepared his deadly weapons;
he makes ready his flaming arrows.
He who is pregnant with evil
and conceives trouble gives birth to disillusionment.
He who digs a hole and scoops it out
falls into the pit he has made.
The trouble he causes recoils on himself;
his violence comes down on his own head.
I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness
and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.

500 Americans will be killed by guns this week in the USA. For safety,
we advise taking loved ones to a safer continent such as Europe. And
furthermore, 200 Americans will be killed by drunk drivers in the USA next week.

From the Editor:

My associates and I (from schools & churches around Eugene Oregon) are the new Peoples Movement of faith and fellowship. We are a group of concerned Christians (Parents, teachers and other members of your Community) who want to call to your attention a disturbing trend in our city. We feel it is time to take action against those openly perpetuating filth and violence in our community that influence our children, and our future. Please join us in our crusade to spread our message. Many of us feel recent events are the final straw. Our community needs good influences, icons who give our children ideas of integrity. People who promote good citizenship and good will toward man. There are many movies / tv shows / rock and rap artists who spread ideas of filth and violence that have already succeded in shouting their horrible messages into the ears of the young and impressionable. But it is at certain times you happen across budding seeds of evil that have only just made their start, and that is the time to stamp them out of your community before they begin their campaigns of corruption. Radio station KFLY responsible for the vulger and offensive radio broadcast "the Donkey show" allows mean spirited radio personlities to gain popularity with their childish and sophmoric humor. They revel in insulting and immature subjects and often host from bars, strip clubs, and pornography stores to futher their "party boy" image, now even worse then the public hazing and humiliation of their listeners that is promoted on this show, several of kfly's DJ's Carl, Tanner and Marcus have started a band Called "We have guns" that they mention on their show. (regrettably I overheard this outside the door of my 17 year old son, who is of course no longer allowed to listen to the "donkey show" as his grades and relationships with other children diminish, his interest in violent xbox games and bands that spread violent messages seems to thrive.) I later saw "we have guns" in their gang like picture in a spread featured in the Eugene weekly and later recognized their cd display at our local CD world. Everywhere I turn, up pops these thugs and their message, the name alone is disturbing, and while I was appalled at what I saw I was not at all shocked at the filth these heathens have produced. The front cover displays a distasteful picture of a half naked woman strapped with automatic weapons and the back depicting a pile of dead police officers (insinuating the woman had shot them down) The store clerk let me look at an open copy they had, to see the lyrics. And as I suspected, these songs promote violence, weapons, objectification of women, drug use, religious genocide and they even had a song that seemed to be written about the military from the perspective of a terrorist. Nothing is sacred to these people. There have been many bands over time that have spread these types of messages, we dont need another one, especially not in our local community where crime rates are already rising, and downtown is already littered with homeless and vagrants, as well as bars that allow bands like this to play where there are often fights and violence perpetuated by the same. I have also seen in the Eugene weekly they have performed at the wow hall which is all ages. What are these people thinking? Have they forgotten what happened at Thurston? Is their goal to plant ideas for angry and confused teens to take to other high schools? People of this community need to take a stand against bands spreading these types of messages. They have been left unchallenged to run rampant, and the popularity of broadcasts like the "Donkey show" who abuse and alienate even their own listeners is proof of that, and the release of their "we have guns" album is further proof that these deviants are getting bolder. What kind of community do you want to live in? Make your voice heard, tell you local cd store that they should not be selling this trash. Tell local venues what this band represents and that by allowing them to play they are promoting violence as well. Go to the bands website and tell them their violent message is unwanted. Call this "Donkey show"'s business office (541)284-3600 and tell them how you feel about what they are endorsing. Call and make your points on the air (888)556-9156 or (541)284-3637, they cannot hide from arguments behind their antics with an audience listening live. Glorification of grown men acting out their fraternity fantasies in our community is not needed or wanted, we have plenty of that at the university. Perpetuating these messages over the airwaves, cd stores and all ages venues (all accessible to teens and children) Is just as dangerous as the drug or gun dealer hovering near schools to prey on our children.

(Editor Email witheld to avoid backlash which we are certain will come from this band of airwave terrorists.
Our cause can be furthered by all good Christians who feel the same. Do not give them a name or face to rebel against
simply give them the messages they need to hear, we can all do our part. If you are a local Pastor or Reverend
or strong public speaker, I implore you, please help our cause, your supporters are behind you, and need you more then ever.)

Thank you for reading and God Bless.
